Enhance a Real Estate Photo and Keep the Walls Straight

A listing photo is a room someone will walk into. A window that gains a view, or a jamb that bends, is a different apartment.

Architecture does not want a painterly prior

Door frames, tile grout, and window mullions are straight because a carpenter made them straight. An upscaler that has learned foliage and faces will sometimes wobble a mullion or double it. At fit-to-screen the room looks crisper. At 100 percent along a vertical line you can see the wave. That wave is the rejection. Keep the original. A buyer’s inspector will not care that the sofa texture improved.

Windows are the second test. A blown-out pane is often the exposure, not a missing garden. The model may paint a tree into the white. If you did not shoot that tree, you cannot list it. HDR and a second exposure belong in the camera or in the editor that still has the bracket. This tool does not merge brackets and does not replace a sky.

Twilight shots and mixed indoor light bring noise in the ceiling and a color cast from a tungsten lamp. Denoise the speckle. Do not colorize an interior that already has color. Do not unblur a wide-angle frame so hard that the near chair grows a halo. Wide lenses are already a little soft in the corners. A little soft is more honest than a corner that rings.

The size a listing actually needs

A hero image on a portal is rarely a poster. The 3,200 px free download covers the usual long edge. 2× of a 1,600 px export lands on that cap. If the camera JPEG is already 4,000 px, do not upscale it. Guest uploads stop at a 2,000 px long edge, Free plan at 2,560, so a full modern camera file needs Pro's 4,096 px input or Studio's 8,192 if you insist on sending it. Often you should downscale the export yourself and skip the model.

Verticals that lean because the camera was tilted are a perspective problem. We do not correct keystone. Fix that in the editor that has a vertical tool, then consider denoise or a light unblur. Paying for 4× will not square a room. It will spend two credits on Pro to enlarge the lean.

Batch the set only after one room has survived the mullion test. A house is twelve to forty frames, which is exactly the Pro and Studio batch sizes, and exactly the way to multiply a bent jamb. The API can do the same batch under the plan’s limits. Keys live on the account. The objects still die at 24 hours, so the listing library is yours.

What you may deliver to a client

Commercial use is allowed on every plan when you have the rights to the shoot. A listing agreement is your business. Our terms do not add a property release and do not promise that a repaired photo is a true description of the home. You decide fitness. Free pages show ads. Pro and Studio are ad-free.

Face restore does not belong on a room. If a person was left in the kitchen, crop them out or reshoot. The face mode will try to rebuild them and ignore the cabinets. Colorize does not belong on a daylight interior. Night exteriors that are genuinely black and white are rare in this trade. If you have one, the colorize page explains the guess.

Failed jobs return the credit. A successful room you later find wavy does not. Subscriptions cancel anytime and are not refunded. Pro is $12 a month or $120 a year. Studio is $29 or $290. Packs exist for a single listing week. Download the keepers the same day. We delete ours after 24 hours, on a paid plan the same as on a guest repair.

A worked frame

A 2400 px wide interior, shot on a phone, has a bright window and a door jamb that is already a little tilted because the camera was low. Square the jamb in an editor that has a vertical tool before you upload. This tool will not do it, and 2× will enlarge the lean. After the walls are upright, denoise only if the ceiling is speckled. Then look along the jamb and along one mullion at 100 percent. A wave that was not in the straightened file is a rejection. The window must stay blown if the exposure was blown. A tree that appears in the white is a view you did not photograph and cannot list. 2400 px is inside the 3,200 px free download and is enough for a portal hero. Do not send the 4000 px camera JPEG through 2×. Guest uploads cannot even accept a 4000 px edge. Export a sane size, or use Pro's 4096 px input if you truly need the original pixels and no enlarge. Batch the rest of the house only after this room’s lines stay straight.

Three steps on this file

  1. 01

Check one vertical at 100 percent

A mullion, a jamb, or a tile line. A wave is a rejection.

  2. 02

    Leave blown windows alone

Do not accept a tree the exposure did not record.

  3. 03

Batch the house only after one room passes

Pro holds 12. Studio holds 40. Square the lean elsewhere first.

Settings that matter here

  • Wide-angle corners are soft on purpose. A halo there is worse.
  • Do not upscale a 4,000 px camera JPEG.
  • Twilight noise is denoise, not colorize.
  • Store the delivered set yourself. The tool is not a DAM.

Where this shows up

A phone walkthrough

Export JPEG first. Unblur only if a room is soft. Measure the jamb after.

A twilight exterior

Denoise the sky speckle. Do not invent stars or a sharper tree line you did not shoot.

Limits and formats

JPEG, PNG, WebP, and AVIF decode on the server. HEIC from a phone needs to be exported to JPEG first. The preview is not watermarked. Guest and Free plan downloads are capped at 3,200 px on the long edge. Pro and Studio download the full file. Nothing on this site is an ad.

Questions worth asking first

Can I try this without an account?

Yes. Guests get 3 credits a day. 2×, denoise, and unblur cost one. Colorize costs two. 4× and face restore start on Pro. 8× is Studio.

Do you correct leaning walls?

No. Perspective is an editor step. This tool will not square a keystone by enlarging it.

Is the preview watermarked?

No. Guest and Free plan downloads are capped at 3,200 px on the long edge. Pro and Studio download the full file.

What if the job fails?

The credit is returned. A failed job is not charged. A finished file you dislike does not return the credit or the subscription fee.

How long do you keep the upload?

Uploads and results are deleted 24 hours after the job is created.

Can I use the result commercially?

Yes, on every plan, including the free tool, when you have the rights to process the file.
