Refund policy

FixPhotoQuality is operated by Mohamed Laghbar, an individual in Morocco. Support is [email protected]. Paddle is the merchant of record for paid checkout. This page is the refund policy for those charges.

Prices

Free is $0 and includes 3 credits a day. Pro is $12 a month, or $120 a year for 1,440 credits. Studio is $29 a month, or $290 a year for 6,000 credits. Credit packs, bought once and valid for 365 days, are 60 credits for $7.99, 125 for $11.99, 500 for $29.99, and 1,200 for $54.99. The same prices are on the pricing page.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from the customer portal. The fee already paid is not refunded. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period that was paid. Unused plan credits do not roll over and are not refunded as cash.

Credit packs

A credit pack is a one-time purchase. The price is not refunded. Unused pack credits expire 365 days after purchase.

Failed jobs

A failed job returns its credits to the balance they came from. That is a credit, not a cash refund. A finished job you dislike does not return the credit.

How to cancel

Sign in, open the account page, and choose Manage billing. That opens the Paddle customer portal, where you can cancel the subscription. If the portal is unavailable, email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask to cancel. Cancellation is not a refund.
