Terms
The terms of the tool
FixPhotoQuality restores images you upload. The service is operated by Mohamed Laghbar, an individual in Morocco. Support is [email protected]. By creating a job you agree to these terms. If you are using the service for a client, you are responsible for having their permission.
The work
Modes enlarge, denoise, sharpen, or rebuild a face from the file you send. The result is a prediction, not a recovery of lost pixels. You decide whether it is fit to publish or print. We do not promise a particular sharpness, likeness, or file size.
Your photos
You keep the rights you already had in the original. You grant us a short license to host, transmit, and process the file for the job, including sending it to the configured model host, for the 24 hours the file exists here. You will not upload images you do not have the right to process, and you will not upload illegal content. Previews are not watermarked. Guest and Free plan downloads are size-capped. Pro and Studio downloads are the full file. Every plan, including Free plan and the free tool, may be used commercially when you have the rights to that file.
Credits and plans
Free plan credits refill on a UTC day. Pro and Studio credits are granted for a billing period and do not roll over. A failed job returns its credit once and is not charged. A finished job you dislike does not return the credit. We can refuse a file that breaks the size, dimension, or type limits for the plan. JPEG, PNG, WebP, and AVIF are the formats we decode. Sharing an account to pool credits is outside the product.
Billing
Paid plans are sold by Paddle as merchant of record, for Mohamed Laghbar. Pro is $12 a month or $120 a year. Studio is $29 a month or $290 a year. Credit packs are 60 credits for $7.99, 125 for $11.99, 500 for $29.99, and 1,200 for $54.99. You can cancel a subscription anytime. The fee already paid is not refunded. A failed job returns its credit. When a cancelled subscription reaches the end of the paid period, the account returns to Free plan. Taxes, where due, are handled by Paddle. Card numbers are not stored here. The refund policy states the same rule.
Availability
The tool depends on a database, object storage, and, in production, a model provider. Any of those can fail. A credit returned after a failure is the remedy for that job. We are not liable for lost prints, missed deadlines, or decisions you make with a restored file. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.
Changes
We can update these terms or the plan limits. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms. The date of this version is October 26, 2026.
