Questions the pricing page also answers

The short version is on the cards. This page is the same policy in sentences: Free pages show ads, no watermark on the preview, no refund of the subscription, a credit back when a job fails, and a file that is deleted after 24 hours.

Can I try a repair without signing up?

Yes. Guests get three repairs a day: upscale 2×, denoise, and unblur. No card. The preview is full quality and is not watermarked.

Is the free download full size?

No. Guest and Free plan downloads are capped at 3,200 px on the long edge. Pro ($12/mo) and Studio ($29/mo) download the full file.

Do you show ads?

Free pages show ads. Pro and Studio are ad-free.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Free plan credits reset at midnight UTC. Pro and Studio credits reset with the billing period.

Can I cancel, and do you refund?

You can cancel anytime. The subscription fee is not refunded. You keep the plan until the period you already paid ends, then the account returns to Free plan.

What if a job fails?

The credit is returned. A failed job is not charged. A successful result you dislike does not return the credit or the subscription fee.

How long do you keep uploads and results?

Both are deleted 24 hours after the job is created. Download anything you want to keep. The tool is not an archive.

Can I use a result commercially?

Yes, on every plan, including Free plan and the free tool, when you have the rights to the file. There is no separate license tier.

Which formats do you decode?

JPEG, PNG, WebP, and AVIF. HEIC and TIFF need to be exported first. Renaming the file extension does not change the bytes.

Do you colorize black-and-white photos?

Yes. Colorize costs two credits. Denoise dust first. The dyes are a guess, and the page says so.

Is there a public API?

Yes. A signed-in account can create a key. Calls spend the plan’s credits and are limited inside a 10-minute window. The reference is /docs/api.

What do the credits cost?

2×, denoise, and unblur are one credit. Colorize is two, on the free tool. 4× and face restore are two, on Pro and Studio. 8× is four, on Studio only.
