What to include

For a failed or odd-looking repair, say which tool you used and roughly when. Results are deleted after 24 hours, so the sooner you write, the more we can check. For billing, write from the email on the subscription. Paddle is the merchant of record and can also help with receipts and card questions.

Data and accounts

To close an account or ask what is stored under an email, write from that address. The privacy policy lists what is kept and for how long. The refund policy and terms cover plans and credits.
